Throughout his career, Josh has helped implement heat printing produc - tion systems in some of the largest gar- ment factories in the U.S., as well as set up thousands of small businesses with their very first heat press machine. Josh has been with GroupeSTAHL since 1998, most recently holding the position of vice president of Sales, Dealer Channel. Various other positions included roles in maintenance, sales, production and general manager Stahls' CAD-CUT direct, and general manager Stahls'TV. Zach Ellsworth has been helping heat printers for the last 15 years. From hopeful start - ups to seasoned professionals, Zach's advice and insight has helped them all increase productivity and profitability. Zach is currently serving as the general manager of Im- printables Warehouse and is focused on his favorite thing: helping decorators succeed. On a recent family vacation, I opened my GPS the morning of departure to determine how we would get there. To my surprise, when I input the address, there were three very different paths to the same destination. Not knowing the exact highways that the route would take us, I selected the one project- ed to take the least amount of time. Sure enough, this path led down a few winding turns, some gravel roads, and was definitely not the path that the rest of the family would have preferred. We did eventually make it to our destination, but we were a little worse for the wear. As you consider paths to profitability, you'll consider big busi- ness decisions for a company. The choice is no different, but the outcome is not guaranteed.
