NOVEMBER 2018 THE SHOP 75 SEMA BOOTH# 24525 1974 DATSUN 260Z Neil Tjin and Tjin Edition introduce a 1974 Datsun 260Z project car. Sporting a 3.0-liter V-6 engine and 5-speed manual transmission, it rides on Rotiform MLW 17x9.5 square setup wheels and Falken Azenis RT615K 235/40/17 and 255/40/17 tires. Powertrain improvements include: triple Mikuni 44 PHH carburetors; Spirit Garage 50mm stainless dual muffler/exhaust manifold header; Nissan R200 3.7 LSD differential; OPTIMA Battery; and MSD spark plug wires and ignition coil. Chassis upgrades include Techno Toy Tuning front/ rear coil-over conversion and Baer brakes. Inside are Japanese racing seats and an Autopower Industries 4-point roll bar. Along with the Porsche Fashion Grey paint, the exterior also sports: a Common Snapper S30 air dam; Star Road custom front bumper delete and custom grille; Speed Forme Japan front and rear fender flare aero kit and rear hatch spoiler, and Fairlady S30 NOS long-stalk mirrors. 1968 GT40 Future Forty is a Superformance GT40 MKI built to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the 1968 GT40 win at Le Mans as well as the success of the new Ford GT. The one-of-a-kind race car appeals to GT fans young and old with its retro look and new age livery. Featuring Ford's EcoBoost twin-turbo V-6 engine and carbon fiber rear wing and front splitter, it will be unveiled in the MagnaFlow booth #23543 at the 2018 SEMA Show. Participants include: Honeywell Garrett (twin turbos); Aeromotive (fuel supply); HPS (hoses); V's Performance (engine installation); RideTech (shocks); HRE Wheels; Michelin (tires); Wilwood (disc brakes); Dynamat (sound insulation); DEI (heat insulation); Glasurit (paint); and Meguiar's (paint correction & detail). 2018 HYUNDAI KONA "As bright, bold and powerful as a Hawaiian sunrise, the Vaccar Kona asserts its domination with flashy style, street-tuned attitude and a boosted performance package" says designer Aaron Vaccar. The Hyundai concept will debut under The Club Kona theming in the Winner International (The CLUB) North Hall booth #12417 at the 2018 SEMA Show. Along with being first to install a turbocharger on the 2.0-liter trim level, other standout features include grille-mounted intercooler, carbon fiber accents throughout and a custom-matching luggage set.
