Anderson over- sees Washington, Oregon, and Ida- ho. Anderson comes to the role with five years of distributor sales experi- ence working with professional sports leagues and sponsors. "Lacie knows first-hand what's involved in put- ting together a successful client presentation," states Marci Newsom, West coast regional sales manager. "Her industry experience and positive energy will be a great addition to our team, and we are excited to have her on board." Penn Emblem (Trevose, Pa.) names Jose Ramos as the company's new direct em- broidery customer support lead. Ramos comes to the position with an exten- sive career at Penn Emblem. Ramos' time with the company dates back to 2013 when he joined Penn Emblem's inkjet department. He has since served other roles at the company including the shipping department and direct embroidery customer support representative. "Through his experience, Ramos has learned to keep a balance and utilize his team to streamline all of the daily work that needs to be done," states the company in a press announcement. "These are skills that he intends on bringing to his new position and moving the department forward." Anderson Ramos The M&R Companies (Roselle, Ill.) announces multiple promotions of team members. Appointments include Dave Blake as vice president of sales, Peter Walsh as executive vice president, Glen Carliss in the role of director of sales for US and Canada, Tolga Efendi as director of digital operations, and Michelle Smudde acting as director of human resources. Blake oversees North American sales, international sales, customer ser- vice, and M&R digital sales departments. Walsh oversees M&R's techni- cal services, engineering, marketing, and product management depart- ments. As director of sales, M&R says Carliss will apply his skills to build "a customer-focused team to teach, help, and inform the current and next wave of M&R customers." Efendi transitions to director of digital operations after serving as the head of M&R's West coast sales division. Smudde comes to the position with more than 15 years of experience in the human resources field. GSG (Dallas) makes three workforce appointments. The company names Mal- lory Henrichs as apparel decorating product man- ager, Chris Blake as receiv- ing and inventory control manager, and Justin Humble as sign territory manager. Henrichs comes to the role with more than five years of experience in- cluding a stint as Tulsa branch manager and prior experience in outside sales as a screen territory manager. As the product manager, Henrichs oversees GSG product lines, resellers, and customers in the apparel-deco- rating division. Blake oversees all aspects of stocking and receiving with a focus on accuracy at the company's Dallas branch. Humble comes to his position with 20 years of experience in manufacturing and installation. As sign territory manager, Humble manages existing accounts and grows new ones for the company.
