rv-pro.com November 2018 • RV PRO • 123 Lippert Promotes Wysong, Oathout to Key Posts for Marine Segment Lippert Components has promoted Jeff Wysong to vice pres- ident of sales and Mike Oathout to director of sales for the company's emerging marine segment. As LCI's marine segment continues to grow, the company is establishing key leadership roles within the marine segment in order to strengthen its commitment and further align with the needs of the marine market. Through these key positions, the company plans to stream- line its points of contact for customers, while creating a focused pipeline that will bring all of the company's marine products to the market. Wysong came to LCI through the Lexington Seating acquisi- tion in 2017. His more than 15 years of experience in the marine market includes working on product development and building strong customer relationships. Wysong will work with the com- pany's executive teams to identify customer needs and support industry growth. Oathout came to LCI through the Taylor Made acquisition in January 2018. He has been with Taylor Made for 30 years and has overseen this critical role for 18 of those years. Oathout began his career with Taylor Made in 1987 and was promoted to Taylor Made's vice president of sales in 2000. Enyart is New RVIA Chairman; Other Board Members Named Garry Enyart, director of mobile generator sales & coach care at Onan/Cummins Power Generation was elected as chairman of the RV Industry Association Board of Directors for the 2019 fiscal year. "We are looking for- ward to working with Garry over the next year as we continue moving forward with our new strategic ini- tiatives, RVX and the RV Technical Institute," said RVIA President F r a n k H u g e l m e y e r . "G a r r y h a s b e e n a leader and advocate for the RV industry for years and his involvement on the board spans 15 years. The level of experience and expertise that his leadership brings will prove invaluable over the coming year as we continue making strides in moving the industry forward." Enyart has served on the board in various roles since 2005 and a member of the Executive Committee since 2013. He is also a current member of the Audit, Awards, China, Public & Legislative Affairs and Strategic Planning Committees. He is also a member of the Consumer Satisfaction Coalition, RV Service Training Council and RVDA/RVIA Certification Governing Board. In addition to selecting a new chairman, the association's Board of Directors also named a new Executive Committee that includes First Vice Chairman Matt Miller, president of Newmar Corp.; Second Vice Chairman Mike Happe, president of Win- nebago Industries; Treasurer Jeff Rutherford, president of Airxcel; Secretary Bob Martin, president, CEO and director of Thor Indus- tries, Ex-Officio Bob Parish, vice president of Wells Fargo CDF, and RV Industry Association President Frank Hugelmeyer. All officers began their one-year terms on Oct. 1. Newly elected and re-elected board members who began their new terms on Oct. 1 are: Manufacturer Representatives: Chris Baum, Liberty Outdoors; Paul Cassidy, Erwin Hymer Group; Jack Cole, Lance Campers/REV Group; and Brett Randall, Columbia Northwest/ Aliner. The supplier representative is Ellen Keitzmann, Blue Ox, and the at-large representatives are Garry Enyart, Onan/ Cummins and Elden Wood, Carefree of Colorado. Hosinski Joins Thetford/ Norcold as Director of OEM Sales Joe Hosinski, an Elkhart-area native who has spent his entire working life with RV-related businesses, joined Thetford Corp./ Norcold, as director of OEM sales on Sept. 10. B e fo re j o i n i n g T h e t fo rd / Norcold, Hosinski spent seven years as vice president of sales and marketing for an RV product supplier. Prior to that, he served in a variety of marketing and produc t management posi- tions at RV-related companies, including a decade at Thor/ Dutchmen. "We are extremely pleased to hire an RV industry veteran of Joe's caliber," said Mary Pouliot, Thetford vice president of sales and marketing. "Over and above his experience, Joe is a high-in- tegrity guy who is in harmony with our core value of serving customers first. He takes pride in providing high levels of quality and service."
