That was the message outgoing RVDA Chairman Tim Wegge of Burlington RV Superstore in Sturtevant, Wis., and new Chairman Mike Regan of Crestview RV Center in Buda, Texas, issued to dealers during November's 2018 RV Dealers Association Convention/Expo. The time to take action on reducing the repair event cycle time (RECT) is now – while the industry enjoys a solid reputation and a growing following among a younger generation of con- sumers, the two RVDA leaders said.
