All logo parts and sign components were powder coated, not painted. The same exact hole pattern was used for both logos. After marking the logo, hole drilling is done and the folded pattern waits to be used on the second logo. Slade installs all the LEDss for backlighting the 3-D logos for the top part of the sign. The full-sized corrugated plastic hole pattern is used here for logo No. 2 and will be used to mark the location for the stand-offs on both sides of the sign itself.
