28 THE SHOP AUGUST 2018 Mustang GT Active Valve Exhaust Systems CORSA Performance, Berea, Ohio, presents Exhaust Systems with no-drone RSC Technology for 2018 Ford Mustang GT applications, now featuring active valves. The active valve technology meshes into the GT's valve-operated exhaust system and maintains the factory solenoids used by Ford to ensure seamless functionality. The systems provide noticeable changes in exhaust volume across the various driving parameters, yielding more than a 10-decibel difference. They are offered in 3-inch axle-back and cat-back configurations. Fuel System Plumbing DeatschWerks, Oklahoma City, offers Fuel System Plumbing components including pressure regulators, fuel filters, fuel rails and more. More than 120 fuel system plumbing component part numbers link all DW products together into a complete fuel system. The parts are manufactured to every applicable JIC and SAE standard and constructed from heat-treated 6061 T-6 aluminum that is anodized in a titanium finish. The high-grade materials and coatings are strong, light and anti- corrosive for use in the most demanding fuel systems. Single Gauge Pod Kit Banks Power, Azusa, California, presents its Single Gauge Pod Kit with 52mm sticky base. The new Banks universal suction mount allows owners of the iDash 1.8 Super Gauge or any standard 52mm (2-1/16-inch) gauge to affix it to their dashboard or windshield via a suction cup. The adjustable arm allows for a wide range of mounting angles, and the versatile mount will accommodate gauges up to 32mm (1-1/4-inches) deep. The mount has a tapered bullet shape with cable opening hidden on the underside. Camaro Suspension JRi Shocks, Mooresville, North Carolina, and Detroit Speed introduce a Suspension Platform for fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro applications. The shocks and struts provide performance advantages including improved ride quality, faster lap times and an easy transition from the street to the track. The packages include high-performance aluminum struts for the front and shocks with Detroit Tuned valving for the rear and are available in single- and double-adjustable configurations. An inverted rear shock design provides easy spring changes. Muscle Car Seat SCAT Enterprises, Redondo Beach, California, presents the latest in its Procar by SCAT seating line: Rally. Suitable for use in muscle car, pony car, off-road vehicle or buggy applications, the Rally seat features a vintage look and comes with substantial side bolstering for added support and comfort. The Rally series includes a smooth back or complete vertical stitching, with or without a headrest, and is also offered in UV-protected and waterproof canvas material for off-roaders. Multiple colors and fabrics are available. Universal Catalytic Converter Shield Design Engineering Inc. (DEI), Avon Lake, Ohio, offers replacement Universal Catalytic Converter Shields for missing, rusted or rattling factory shields. The shields protect against heat being transferred into the vehicle, add additional protection to undercar lines, hoses and electrical wiring, and reduce risk of a fire mishap. The universal design forms to the contours of the vast majority of factory and aftermarket catalytic converters.
