The system is designed for high-volume digital decorators and connects directly to the FireFly curing system, allowing for evaporation of pretreating solution and delivery to the digital output device. The Synergy system is configured to spray two different pretreat solutions and to mix them from concentrated form. This unit features software scheduled maintenance of the nozzle heads with built-in flow sensors. The transport belt allows for the transfer of the garment from the Synergy system directly into the FireFly curing unit. The numbers are suitable for heat applying to 100 percent poly- ester, 100 percent cotton, and 50/50 jerseys. They are dye-sub printed onto polyester twill to be heat applied or can be sewn on any color shirt. Choose from 3" to 12" numbers in solid colors and patterns. Patterns in- clude a variety of animal prints, plaids, polka dots, paw prints, and stars.
