BÖNNIGHEIM, Germany—Hohenstein joins the Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) Roadmap to Zero Programme, a consortium of global apparel, footwear, and textile brands that focuses on reducing the use of harmful chemicals in the industry. PW PRINTWEAR PEOPLE Roland DGA (Irvine, Calif) announces multiple personnel changes on executive, sales, prod- uct management, and service teams. The company appoints Andrew Oransky to CEO. Oransky comes to the role after serving as company president since 2016. As CEO, Oransky is responsible for company strategy and performance and reports directly to the board of directors at Roland DG, Roland DGA's parent company. In addition to Oransky, the Roland DGA notes the following changes: Jane Napolitano moves to the role of key account manager. Napolitano has served as Roland DGA's customer service supervisor since 2014. As key account manager, Napolitano supports Roland's reseller channel by working with regional sales managers to "serve the needs and ensure the success of key dealer accounts," according to the company. Jack Pozorski transitions to Roland Care manager. Pozorski's 15-year tenure at the company's service department includes a recent stint as strategic manager for Roland Care Services. In his new role, Pozorski continues to oversee the Roland Care Onsite Services for Roland DGA select end users, continues to manage Roland Care Engineers, and reports to Roland DGA senior director of service Ron Ball. Kitt Jones now serves as a product manager. Jones' responsibilities include management of Roland's 3D and Education product offerings. Prior to joining Roland, Jones was a small business owner specializing in offset and large-format printing. The company also promotes Kevin Rosen to application specialist. Rosen comes to the position after serving as Roland DGA technical support specialist since 2015. As application specialist, Rosen is responsible for providing product, workflow, and solution expertise to end users of Roland products. OrderMyGear (Dallas) appoints Dave Dutch to the position of chief execu- tive officer. Dutch comes to the position after serving as CEO of PayLease for seven years. "We have big ideas for the future of OrderMyGear, so it just made sense to hire someone with a track record of thinking big," says Kent McKeaigg, president and founder of the company. Pro Towels (Pittsburgh) names Becky Blyth as the company's newest strategic accounts director. Blyth covers the company's Western territory. Based in Colorado, Blyth's back- ground includes more than 10 years of expe- rience in the promotional products industry.
