That was the message NTP-STAG President Bill Rogers and other top company executives delivered to attendees of the aftermarket dis- tributor's annual Expo show, held Jan. 22 and Jan. 23 at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center. In remarks to dealers at the kick-off dealer luncheon on Jan. 22 and in a subsequent exclusive interview with RV PRO, Rogers stressed the importance for dealers to adapt to a changing retail landscape, as online retailers like Amazon as well as big-box retailers continue to chip away at business that was once the primary domain of RV dealerships. "Dealers need to keep an open mind to reimagining their business," Rogers told RV PRO. "It's all about the value proposition and what Tech-Savvy Expo a Success NTP-STAG reps welcome dealers when the show floor opens. Exhibitors reported being pleased with show floor traffic and say dealers were in a buying mood at the show.
