NTP-STAG offers the deepest and broadest stocking of SKUs of any RV distributor, with about 180,000 SKUs, he said. Rogers told dealers during the kick-off luncheon that the expansion of NTP-STAG facilities will help the distributor as it partners with Grand Design and Airxcel's Coleman-Mach divi- sion on stocking original equipment replacement parts, which should improve repair event cycle times (RECT) by getting parts to dealers more quickly. "We are now fulfilling warranty products on manufacturer requests, and getting products where they need to be faster than ever before," Rogers said. "This new strategy is timely and effective in helping solve an industry-wide problem: RECT." He said he foresees expanding the program to work with other RV manufacturers and OE suppliers in the future. Rogers also highlighted NTP-STAG's size and scope in serving the RV and specialty equipment aftermarket. Specifically, he noted the company has seven distribution centers, 45 cross docks, 13-plus call centers, 600 fleet vehicles and 800 drivers and more than 3,000 employees.
