32 • RV PRO • March 2019 rv-pro.com Jeremy Greene Marketing Director – Trade Shows & Events, RV Industry Association Jeremy Greene is the marketing director for the RV Industry Association's Trade Shows and Events. He joined the Associa- tion in 2017, and is responsible for delivering a quality brand experience at their B2B and B2C events. Greene started his career at the National Rifle Association in event fundraising, supporting charitable events, which raised more than $30 million a year. In his last position at the NRA, he was responsible for brand management, marketing and pro- motion of NRA's safety, competition and hunting programs as well as its large consumer events. A native of Fairfax, Va., Greene earned his marketing degree from Clemson University. Curtis Gunter General manager, Sierra, Sandpiper, Riverstone and Cedar Creek divisions of Forest River Curtis Gunter started in the RV industry in 2006 as a pur- chasing assistant. "I basically counted parts and logged them so we could manage our mate- rial better," he says, adding that starting from the ground up was perfect way for him to get a first-hand appreciation and understanding of how the day- to-day buying worked. He soon joined the sales staff as a regional territory manager for the Salem and Wildwood brands, covering most of the Canada. A few years later Gunter was promoted to sales manager of the Sierra/ Sandpiper division and then on to general manager. In recent years he has taken on Riverstone (FR luxury FW division) and now Cedar Creek. Shannon Esterly Client Sales Manager, Coach-Net Shannon Esterly was born in 1988 in Cambridge, England. She grew up hiking, climbing, and exploring the outdoors in the U.K before moving to the United States in 2012. She fell in love with the fast-paced life of the U.S. and she also fell in love with her husband, Jake. Shortly after marrying her hus- band, Esterly began working at Coach-Net in 2014. She loves working in the fast-paced atmo- sphere at Coach-Net, supporting her team and her clients. She thrives when faced with challenges and enjoys creating better solutions and processes to benefit Coach-Net, the customers, and the industry as a whole. Esterly and her husband have two daughters, Quinn and Halle. Michilah Grimes Director of Philanthropic Relations & Acts of Service, Lippert Components Michilah Grimes oversees more than $750,000 yearly for LCI's global corporate giving. In addition, she manages Acts of Service, a national community service initiative. Grime's team launched the community ser- vice hub in 2017, after identi- fying a gap between businesses that wanted volunteer time and nonprofit needs. To date, more than 350,000 volunteer hours have been logged. Grimes joined LCI in 2015, after leading special events at an Elkhart County nonprofit. She serves the community as a board member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Elkhart County and an Elkhart Education Foundation advisor. She resides in Indiana with her husband and three children.
