Tim Suetkamp is an eight-year sales veteran at MITO Corp., who has gained an industry-wide reputation for connecting his cus- tomers with creative envisioned solutions. Prior to his time at MITO, he was a President's Club sales team member at Gurley Leep South Bend (Ind.). Suetkamp started his career at MITO in the automotive aftermarket division and in 2011 was invited to launch and drive the newly formed marine/OEM division. In 2014, he joined the MITO RV/OEM division and has since accel- erated sales and now services many of the company's largest RV accounts. Sutkamp is a Southwestern Michigan College alumnus and earned an AAS in engineering in 2003 graduating with Dean's List honors. Leigh Tiffin General Manager, Vanleigh RV Leigh Tiffin grew up around the RV industry, where his family owns and operates Tiffin Motorhomes in Red Bay, Ala. While it might seem obvious for Tiffin to work for the motorhome manufacturer directly out of college, he began his career as a hospital administrator. However, after a few years in health care, Tiffin couldn't deny his pas- sion for the RV business. In 2014, he co-founded VLRV, a division of Tiffin. His passion for RVs and the endless challenges of RV assembly are what motivates him. Leigh and his wife, Baylee, share two children, Ava (7) and Van Leigh III (6). Chris Smith Executive Director/Chief Financial Officer, FMCA Chris Smith began his career in the RV industry when he was tapped by FMCA — a not-for-profit RV owners association — to serve as director of administrative services/ controller in August 2013. Recog- nizing his leadership abilities, the FMCA Executive Board promoted him to executive director/CFO in October 2016. Smith has played a key role in returning FMCA to the path of membership growth and financial stability; broadening the association's membership base to include all RV owners; and continuing to add valuable benefits for members. Under his direction, FMCA provides information, programs, and social opportunities that keep RVers actively engaged in the lifestyle. Alexa Szybowicz Marketing Specialist, Airxcel Inc. Alexa Szybowicz started her career in the RV industry in 2016 as a marketing specialist for Dicor Corp., a division of Airxcel. Her previous experience in sales and advertising enabled her to quickly become a valuable asset to the Dicor marketing team. Proficient in digital and print advertising, Szybowicz became a marketing specialist for Airxcel. In this role, she is responsible for a total of 12 brands and handles various inbound and outbound marketing activities, such as website administration, advertising, social media, event/trade show planning, and graphic design. Enthu- siastic, capable and enterprising, Szybowicz is driven to succeed. S P E C I A L S E C T I O N – R V X P R E V I E W Joel Crawford Vice President, Torklift International At 18 years old, Joel Crawford began his career sweeping floors and grinding camper tie-down plates. During his 19-year career, his focus has been people. "I get here early and stay late because I'm proud of what we've built from what was once a small company 43 years ago," Crawford says. "I'm humbled by the opportunity to change people's lives for the better. I gravitate toward helping others. We are all blessed with opportunities to impact others to achieve things they never thought imaginable through serving them. Being counted on is an honor. In that honor there is a level of servitude I'm grateful to have."
