For those who spend their day working on running their business with very little time to follow technology and social media press releases, their on- line strategies can suffer when left behind. The good news is Printwear has this column to help! And the latest algorithm modification worthy of revisiting is the elusive Facebook algorithm; how it is intended to work and what we need to do to get our messages into the newsfeeds of the masses. Facebook currently describes its algorithm for the way posts are distributed into news feeds as a ranking system. With Facebook having a huge knowledge base of who peo- ple are, what interests they're involved in, what they have engaged with (likes, comments, etc.), and more, they can use intelligent algorithms to design each users' newsfeed ac- cording to each users' preferences and anticipated behavior.
