First introduced in 2015 as the Winnie Drop, the single-axle, ret- ro-looking teardrop trailer has attracted a wide demographic, from Millennials and other younger buyers to veteran RVers looking to downsize, but still tow with their luxury SUVs. When the model needed a facelift and new floorplans, Win- nebago rebranded it as the Minnie Drop to be consistent with the rest of the Minnie family. It's now available in five floorplans with MSRPs starting at $24,212. Responding to customers' and dealers' requests, in January 2019 at the Tampa Super Show, Winnebago introduced the Minnie Drop 210RBS model in a dual-axle floorplan. Maintaining the 6-foot, 5-inch width with 8-foot tire stance, the added axle creates an opportunity to increase holding tank capaci- ties enabling owners to enjoy longer, off-grid camping experiences. "The dual-axle Minnie Drop is another example of how our team at Winnebago Towables continues to innovate," says Adam Christoffersen, product sales manager. "The weight, narrow body, 8-foot-wide stability and second axle make this unit ideal for towing by most SUVs and small trucks. By also adding that second axle, we are able to offer full-feature amenities inside which are not typically offered in a teardrop trailer." The Minnie Drop floorplan is equipped with modern kitchen amenities such as a double bowl sink, three-burner cooktop with oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave and pantry. Next in line is the Micro Minnie, a 7-foot-wide, easy-to-tow brand like the Minnie Drop with a starting MSRP of $23,845. "Smaller doesn't necessarily mean they're stripped down or built cheaper," says Scott Degnan, vice president and general manager of Winnebago Towables. "We still put in these smaller
