Made of sturdy 95 percent polyester/5 percent cotton, the linen products combine the rustic appeal of natural-colored linen with the full-color imaging capabilities of dye-sub transfer. Using standard sublimation equip- ment, decorators can transfer vin- tage-inspired images onto the prod- ucts to create a classic, relaxed look, or transfer dramatic, full-color images to produce a modern eclectic feel. While most of the items are easy to subli- mate using a flat press, the new oven mitts require more attention due to their thickness and the quilted silver material on the backside. How to Sublimate Poly Linen Oven Mitts By Condé Systems MATERIALS NEEDED: • Digital template • Printed transfer • Blank oven mitt • DyeTrans Pro Spray (or equivalent product) • Teflon sheet • Flat heat press STEPS: 1 Download a digital product tem- plate and use it to create the uniquely shaped artwork. 2 Print the transfer. 3 Cover the bottom table of the press with a Teflon sheet.
