The G382MBQ features a mid-bunkhouse and rear patio reached via a sliding glass patio door – another industry first. Durango, Durango Half-Tons Impress Compared with its Thor Industries' sister divisions Keystone, Heartland and Dutchmen, KZ has something of a reputation for flying under the radar. Still, Thor's "quiet" company has received some extra attention lately thanks to the five Judges' Choice Awards it picked up at the RVX show in March, including for its Durango fifth wheel. Even before those awards were announced, Snyder and Froman say the RV manufacturer was receiving kudos from dealers for its Durango D333RLT model, which debuted at the 2018 Elkhart Open House Week and has since become the most popular Durango floorplan. "D333RLT reflects our decades in the business. The refine- ments you see here are cumulative," says KZ President Aram Koltookian. "We sharpened our pencils and retooled Durango to provide absolute luxury and livability at a surprisingly attain- able price point." The D333RLT is one step below the Durango Gold line, but is nonetheless a full-profile luxury fifth wheel, according to Froman. KZ continues to make improvements in its Venom and Venom V Series luxury fifth wheel toy hauler products. The V3911TK (pictured) is the RV maker's top-selling Venom floorplan, with many of the same quality interior and exterior features as found in the Durango Gold. The V3911TK features a large toy hauler space and a 70-gallon fuel tank for toys.
