10 THE SHOP JUNE 2019 SKETCHBOOK PROJECT VEHICLE HENNESSEY PERFORMANCE GOLIATH 2012 JEEP WRANGLER JK RUBICON 2018 FORD F-350 Zero to 60 Designs and Kenny Pfitzer present Nighthawk, a custom luxury SUV based on the popular Ford F-350 Lariat platform. Built to accommodate luxury vehicle aficionados in style, the SUV features aggressive shaping that resembles an overseas design, with roots firmly planted in the U.S. Rugged yet elegant, the theme for Nighthawk showcases a military-inspired exterior with a plush, luxurious interior. It accommodates six adults comfortably, thanks to a raised 5-inch roofline. Participants include: PPG Paints (custom satin-black paint, high-gloss black accents); Nexen Tire (Roadian MTX mud-terrain extreme off-road tires); S&B Filters (diesel intake system); Solar Gard (window tint); and Grid Off-Road Wheels (GD Series wheels). Following the success of the company's VelociRaptor 6X6, the team at Hennessey Performance has added another 6-wheel drive truck to its stable of exclusive off-road vehicles: The Hennessey Goliath 6X6. Based on the all-new 2019 Chevrolet Silverado truck, the Goliath 6X6 takes the already very capable Trail Boss Z71 model and elevates its off-road capabilities to another level. "We are very excited to offer our new Goliath 6X6 alongside our VelociRaptor 6X6 truck," said John Hennessey, company founder & CEO. "These are very exclusive and unique vehicles that make a huge statement anywhere our clients go—whether it's Rodeo Drive or the sand dunes of the Sahara desert." The factory 6.2-liter V-8 engine is equipped with the company's HPE700 supercharged engine upgrade that includes a 2.9-liter supercharger system producing 7 psi of boost along with a stainless steel exhaust upgrade to reach 705 bhp at 6,200 rpm and 675 foot-pounds of torque at 4,200 rpm. Additional Goliath 6X6 upgrades include: 6x6 conversion with additional axle, wheels, tires and brakes; all-new rear suspension system; 8-inch lift kit; custom 6x6 truck bed; Hennessey 20-inch wheels; BFGoodrich 37-inch off-road tires; Goliath 6X6 and Hennessey graphics; roll bar upgrade; LED lights; and Hennessey front and rear bumpers. High-performance, off-road and specialty build company RAW Motorsports debuted its Magnuson Superchargers-powered 2012 Jeep Wrangler JK Rubicon Rawbicon at the 2018 SEMA Show. Designed as the company's ultimate Jeep build, it blends traditional off-road hallmarks with unique amenities such as an electric retractable convertible roof from myTop USA. A 6.4-liter SRT 392 Hemi V-8 paired with a Magnuson TVS2300 supercharger and a matching 6-speed transmission powers the Jeep, which includes a RAW Motorsports custom stainless steel through rear bumper, custom flush-mounted quick-release air outlet receptacles and custom 2.5-inch exhaust tips. Participants include: MagnaFlow (3-inch dual- out stainless mufflers); LINE-X (coated bumpers, side steps, complete undercoating); Dynatrac (Elite package with Dana 60 front differential, Dana 80 rear differential, 5.38 gears, freewheeling hubs, big brake kit, ARB USA air lockers); Currie Enterprises (rear sway bar, JE Reel custom front and rear driveshafts); VIAIR (air tank); Sage Off Road (air command); TeraFlex (long-arm suspension kit, Stage 2 front sway bar); Eibach (racing coil springs); King Off-Road Racing Shocks (coil-over shocks, air bump shocks); Fuel Off-Road (20-inch wheels); OMF Performance (custom beadlocks with Rock Star domes); Toyo Tires (40x15.5x20 MT Open Country tires); CBR Performance Products (custom high-flow aluminum radiator); and Rock Hard 4x4 (front-section roll bar).
