"Airxcel is a key member of the RV community, and I've always believed its important to help shape the success of the industry, which is one reason why we've supported RV technician training and certification," Rutherford says. "We're committed to forwarding the industry. We try to lead by example, and it's my hope suppliers and manufacturers and dealers will make a similar commitment." Finding answers to the need for more qualified technicians is critical, Ruth- erford believes, because the public is excited about the RV experience, and if their expectations are met, "that really should provide the continued growth for the overall industry," he says. Otherwise, he and his subordinates don't feel they're facing problems much different from other industry suppliers. "I think we're all waiting and watching the little bit of slowdown in OEM sales," says Aqua-Hot's Harter. "We're also watching as dealers get their inventories corrected. That's got all of us paying close attention to the numbers right now." "Everybody is faced with the uncer- tainty of what's going on with tariffs and international trade, and what's going to happen with steel prices and other com- modities," adds Suburban's Klee. Dicor's Wollschlager agrees, which he says puts added responsibility on compa- nies to manage appropriately. However, all these division presidents are confident the next three years will bring growth to Airxcel, based on both new products and market share gains. And, the company is also eyeing some geographical expansion. "We're focused on continuing to grow our business through all the various levers we can pull," Wollschlager says. Their leader agrees. "We have a lot of excitement and growth potential for our business," Rutherford con- cludes. "Our team continues to be ener- gized to bring great new product solutions to all our markets and product segments. We look forward to expanding partnerships with all our customers, and we continue to focus on improving our service. We defi- nitely see expansion opportunities."
