Cheney sees Crane's biggest challenge as navigating the slow- down in the RV market. That requires diligence, maintaining high standards, understanding the market's needs, and making sure the company dedicates resources to anticipating those needs. "We want to be ahead of the game, and we are doing a lot of work to make sure that happens," he says. "We watch trends not only in RVs, but in the automotive industry and building products markets, and with camping and campgrounds." Crane has its own trucks to deliver its sidewall products to RV manufacturers. Crane's coilable sidewalls can be coiled up for easier storage and transport. In addition to its coilable sidewall products, Crane also manufactures Noble Classic (pictured at right) and Noble Select, both of which are sheet glass products.
