60 THE SHOP JANUARY 2020 Compact Bolt Cutter KNIPEX Tools, Buffalo Grove, Illinois, presents the CoBolt S compact bolt cutter in a new, 6-1/4-inch length. The smaller cutter easily cuts bolts, nails and rivets up to 11/64-inches in diameter. In addition to its compact design, the cutter has a slim head for better access to confined areas. A strong lever action mechanism allows users to exert less effort, and a gripping surface below the joint allows for pulling wires with a diameter from 3/64-inches. Ram 2500 Cat-Back Systems BORLA Performance Industries, Johnson City, Tennessee, presents its Cat-Back exhaust systems for 2014-'18 Ram 2500 6.4L pickups that improve horsepower, torque and tone. The systems are made from T-304 stainless steel and feature all-welded construction for durability and long life. They are available with S-Type sound levels and a choice of tip options including polished T-304 stainless steel and black chrome on T-304 stainless steel. 1956 Chevy Quarter Panels Real Deal Steel, Sanford, Florida, offers Quarter Panels for 1956 Chevrolet two- door hardtop applications. The full new-steel panels are available for left and right sides and are exact reproductions of the original factory pieces. They include the full door jamb and upper section, including trunk opening and gutter flange. Side trim holes are not pre-drilled and the panels can be adapted to fit 1956 two-door sedans and convertibles. Mustang Column Flaming River Industries, Berea, Ohio, offers a Steering Column for 1965-'66 Ford Mustang applications with integrated Microsteer electric power-assisted steering system. The entire Microsteer unit is concealed behind the lower dash panel right on the column. Available in paintable mill finish or polished stainless finish, it is available in a complete kit with column, Microsteer and manual rack and pinion cradle system. C10 Suspension Kits Heidt's Hot Rod & Muscle Car Parts, Lake Zurich, Illinois, presents an all-new bolt-on Independent Rear Suspension setup for popular 1967- '72 and 1973-'87 Chevrolet C10 applications. The bolt-on kits work on both long- and short-bed models and also allow a long-bed-to-short-bed conversion. The back-half kit allows for a wide tire and lower ride height without sacrificing ride quality while providing improved handling. Available options include adjustable coil-over shocks, Currie Enterprises third members and C4 or Wilwood brakes. Formable Barriers Design Engineering Inc. (DEI), Avon Lake, Ohio, presents Form-A- Barrier, a lightweight, rigid, easily formable thermal barrier that can be used for oddly shaped areas on any vehicle—automotive or powersports. The barrier protects under-hood components from engine and exhaust heat and is designed with high-temperature foam and reflective material on both sides. It provides protection up to 1,300 degrees with a minimal gap of only 1 inch from the heat source. The rigid sheets can be easily formed by hand to fit and then fastened with pins, screws or bolts.
