For the first time in RV PRO's 15-year history, the mag- azine has undergone a major redesign, updating nearly every facet of the magazine's look. The magazine's graphics art director, editorial team and other key team members spent a considerable amount of time coming up with the new look with the specific goal of making the publication even more engaging and user-friendly. Perhaps the most visible example of this is our new logo, but the changes are far more wide-ranging. They include more impactful headlines and catchier captions, a redesign of the section heads, and a rebranding of the former "Business" section, which is now called "RV Insights" (given that the guest columns and other articles in that section are specifically designed to offer our readers valuable insights on best business practices). What's more, we have added a new departmental news section, called "In Case You Missed It." This one-page section – across from the Advertiser Index at the back of the magazine – allows us to leverage the exclusive news content that we produce for our daily website by repurposing it for those who may have missed what originally appeared online (hence the name). But while the magazine may look a bit different, rest assured that we will continue to produce the great editorial content that helps inform, educate and keep you updated, including profiles on leading companies, Q&A's with the industry's major newsmakers, and in-depth coverage of notable developments impacting the industry. We'll also continue to present insightful columns from the industry's top experts, such as Chuck Marzahn with Marzahn & King, Don Reed with DealerPRO, Mel Selway with P.A.R.T.S. Inc., and Don Tipton with DTC Retail, to name just a few. The 2020 Guide: Updated & Improved Speaking of updated and improved, welcome to the 2020 edition of the RV PRO Guide to Recognized Industry Suppliers. You may reasonably ask: How have we made it better? By continually reviewing the company listings, adding new ones as needed – and just as important – culling listings from the section, when appropriate. This is our fourth year in a row of producing the Guide, and each issue is the culmination of herculean efforts by our team to get the listings as perfect as we can make them. Because the RV PRO team has carefully vetted the more than 600 companies listed in our Guide to Recognized Industry Suppliers, you can rely on the fact that these businesses have the products and services you need.
