Armbruster will sit on the finance and human resources committees. Winnebago Industries further announced it has increased the size of its board of directors from eight to nine. Armbruster is vice president of strategy, research and dig- ital transformation for Steelcase, a leader in the office furniture industry. Armbruster has held several leadership positions since joining Steelcase in 2007 as vice president of corporate strategy. As her role increased in scope and complexity, she added responsibility for new business inno- vation activities, which include investment in internal and external growth opportunities and development of new business models. "Sara's extensive experience in corporate strategy and her understanding of customer expe- rience in various industries will provide a valuable perspective," said Michael Happe, Winnebago president and CEO. "We welcome Sara to the board and look forward to the contributions she will make as we continue to strategically transform Winnebago Industries into a larger, more profitable outdoor lifestyle product manufacturer." "As Winnebago Industries has grown and transformed recently, so has our board mem- bership," said David Miles, chairman of the board of Winnebago. "Sara's business acumen will strengthen our board as we work to continue our role of guiding Winnebago Industries to higher levels of performance." Derema Group Promotes Couturier to Southeast Business Manager D e re m a G ro u p h a s promoted Scott Couturier to Southeast region business manager. Couturier resides in Tampa, Fla., and is filling the position vacated by Kurt Forsman, who was recently promoted to president of the company. The region is comprised of the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Missouri, Louisiana, and Texas, where five Derema sales and dealer specialists will be reporting to Couturier. Couturier joined Derema in January 2018 after an extensive career in the region in distribution and dealer sales. " S c o t t ' s c u s t o m e r relationships in the region played an important role in his success as a sales specialist for Derema," said Forsman. "He has been recognized by vendors, customers and his colleagues as a leader and a knowledgeable product expert. We look forward to Scott continuing our development of new sales growth for our customers and vendors in the Southeast." Airxcel Promotes Callahan to Social Media Manager Airxcel has promoted Caroline Callahan to the position of social media manager. In her new role, Callahan manages the public relations and social media presence of all 11 of Airxcel's brands. As the primary communication coordinator, she develops campaigns that grow brand awareness and business-to-business and business-to-con- sumer engagement. Callahan was most recently subsidiary Aqua-Hot Heating Systems' marketing coordinator. Previously, she was a senior account manager at Riddle & Bloom, a marketing agency that specializes in Millennial and Generation Z consumers. She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. "We're pleased to have Caroline in this role," said Harold Ogden, director of global marketing. "She understands how to creatively leverage social media and has fresh perspectives that reso- nate with younger people who are coming into RVing as consumers and industry professionals." Callahan will work out of Aqua-Hot's office in Frederick, Colo. Airxcel began in 1991 when the Coleman company divested its Coleman RV air conditioner division to a group of company executives. Since that time, the company has continued to grow through product development, market expansion and strategic acquisitions.
