"We get to see a really ugly car come in and become something beautiful. We get to see the customer's face. We all get to stand around and I love telling my guys what a great job they've done. It's truly a team effort." And the succession plan is already in place. "When I retire in a few years, my son will take over, and that's great all the way around." A challenge, Sharp notes, is educating clients on the time and effort needed to perform a custom job properly.
