"Horizon is making an addition that is neces- sary and well-timed in terms of what's best for our customers and employees," said Joe Braun, company president. Braun said he will remain in the lead role and will be joined by Cripe, who formerly spent time as president of CrossRoads RV. As executive vice president, Cripe will help set overall sales strategy and direction with a specific focus on customer relationships and growth. Marion Schrock, owner and chairman emeritus, has recently stepped away after 35 years of managing the operation. This had always been Schrock's goal; to reward the people who've been part of this great ride and let this team write the next chapter. Reporting on the RV industry across North America News of Note News of Note RV I N S I G H T Keystone RV Promotes Ebenroth to Lead Fuzion Keystone has announced that Nick Ebenroth is expanding his role in the company and will now be the product manager for the company's Fuzion and Out- back brands. Josh Miller, vice president of sales, points to Ebenroth's previous success with toy haulers as the driving force behind the move. "Nick has an uncanny understanding of the market and is able to effectively translate that into product development that resonates with customers and dealers," said Miller. "Under his lead- ership, his brands have con- sistently outpaced market growth. He is the right fit to build on the strength of the Fuzion brand." Ebenroth said he is excited to return to this category. Cripe Ebenroth Airxcel Appoints VP of Operations, Engineering A i rxce l h a s a p p o i nte d Marc Brunner to vice presi- dent of operations and engi- neering for its Dicor Products, United Shade and Vixen Com- posite brands and respective Elkhart, Ind., facilities. Anthony Wollschlager, division president, made the announcement. In this newly created position, Brunner is responsible for operations, purchasing and engineering, as well as executing specific global initiatives supporting Airxcel's growth strategy. Overseeing two senior employees and a soon-to-be-added engineering manager, he reports directly to Wollschlager. Brunner was most recently director of operations at Diedrich Drill, where he led operations and supply chain management across a multiple-shift business. Before, Brunner was the oper- ations/continuous improvement and materials manager for McCormick & Co. at its South Bend location. "Marc has an impressive track record," said Wollschlager. "We're pleased he joined our Airxcel Elkhart team and look forward to seeing him progress and implement strategies that uphold our product expertise and commitment to our partners." Brunner Industry Veteran Keli Rose Joins Ranger Distributor Ranger Distribution has announced that Keli Rose has joined the company. She has been in the RV industry for more than 24 years. She started at Four Sea- sons Housing in the receiving department, driving forklifts, and quickly moved up to the receiving manager respon- sible for material coming into three manufacturing plants, as well as the receiving teams in those plants. Over the past 12 years, she has managed purchasing and receiving on the parts distribution side at Dave Carter and Associates.
