These agreements – now in place with Coleman, Grand Design, Heartland, Jayco and most recently Win- nebago – are designed to address the issue of shortening the Repair Event Cycle Time (RECT) with expedited parts delivery, resulting in faster response times and improved customer experiences. "The reception from the dealers is very strong," he said of NTP-STAG's program. "There's been a real pull from the dealers and the dealer leadership (RVDA) to have the OEs get involved with this because it truly is a huge time-saver for a dealership to be able to get it next day through the program. This is a real solution that cuts big wait times." Rogers said NTP-STAG is actively looking to add more man- ufacturers and suppliers to the program in 2020. PRO Turns 10, Gets an Update Additionally, NTP-STAG has made improvements to its Professional Retail Organization (PRO) educational program, which first debuted in 2010 and which offers dealer training in such key areas as merchandising, marketing, the customer experience and sales. That education is available to dealership personnel by attending RV University courses during the Expo Dealers crowd the Pace International booth during a "Power Hour" on the show floor. The company's DISH satellite systems have proven popular with dealers in recent years. NTP-STAG devoted significant space on its show floor to Overland products such as vehicle rooftop-mounted tents and other outdoor vehicle gear made for camping with the idea these products have natural crossover to the RV market.
