24 THE SHOP APRIL 2020 Chevy II/Nova Hood Latches Classic Industries, Huntington Beach, California, introduces new reproduction Hood Latch Assemblies for 1966-'79 Chevrolet Chevy II/Nova applications. Each assembly is manufactured from quality- grade steel to factory specifications and includes landing plate, catching hook and spring mechanism to function the same as the original part. Each assembly also features black EDP coating for rust prevention. Mounting hardware is not included. Fairlane & Torino Sheet Metal Panels Auto Metal Direct, Buford, Georgia, offers a complete line of new Sheet Metal Panels for 1966-'71 Ford Fairlane and Torino models, including a GT Style Hood for the 1967 Ford Fairlane. Stamped from high-quality steel on exclusive new tools, each hood features the same shape, size, holes, bends, curves, braces and body lines as the original. Hoods arrive EDP-coated to help protect against rust and corrosion. Hood scoops are under development. Civic Exhaust AWE Tuning, Horsham, Pennsylvania, introduces Exhaust Lines for 10th-generation Honda Civic Si and Type R applications. The USA-made systems include the company's patented drone- canceling 180 Technology and feature an integrated front pipe and modular tip merge configuration that allows a choice of dual or triple tips—or both with an available Tip Conversion Kit. BMW Middle Exhaust Dinan Corp., Opelika, Alabama, presents a Middle Exhaust for G30 M550i applications. Designed to introduce a more aggressive tone and an increase in volume over the stock system, the full mid-section kit removes the hydroformed factory center section, including the resonator, and replaces it with larger 3-inch T-304 stainless steel tubing for freer-flowing capabilities. It incorporates an X-pipe made from mandrel-bent tubing for minimum restriction. Front & Rear Calipers AP Racing, United Kingdom, introduces new forged GT3 front and rear calipers. Designed with a fixed bridge rather than a bolted bridge in response to current GT race regulations, the package envelopes are identical to previous versions, meaning no modifications are required to the uprights or wheels. The calipers have been created using near- net handed forgings, reducing cycle times and creating pocketing around the piston housing with slots for further weight reduction and cooling. Pad loading has been enhanced for more even pressure distribution. Classic Vehicle Radio Custom Autosound, Fullerton, California, presents the USA-630 classic vehicle radio. Designed to provide modern audio technology wrapped in a classic car stereo look, the system fits the stock dash without modifications and includes a bezel with the vehicle manufacturer logo and large, OEM-style push-buttons. Modern features include a USB input for flash drives to play MP3/WMA song files, and an iPod dock. When connected to these devices, the radio's digital display will show the artist, song and album title and allow song navigation through the radio itself. PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS
