34 • A&E APRIL 2020 I f you are like me, you are always thinking of ways to get your products into the hands of those that have never seen them. One way to do this is through gift-giving. Think weddings, graduations, and personal and business anniversaries. If you are planning to give a gift, why not promote your own business at the same time by using the equipment you have? This is not a new concept, of course — your competitors are probably doing this as well. But if you can elevate the product beyond expectations, you may create an advantage for yourself. Embellishing a photo is one easy way to make your busi- ness and your skills stand out from the ever-growing crowd of product producers. In this tutorial, I demonstrate a couple of easy ways to add some additional flare to an image that can be used in sublima- tion or other full-color process using some old reliable tools and techniques in Corel PHOTO-PAINT. Images used in this tuto- rial can be found at Images are free for personal and commercial use and do not require any attributes.
