And so, I wanted to thank just a few of the people who have made this milestone anni- versary possible: • First and foremost, my sincere thanks go to Mike Wieber, RV PRO's first publisher, who hired me to be the magazine's founding editor ... in spite of the fact that my knowledge of the RV industry was pretty minimal. Mike took a chance on me, for which I will always be grateful. • I'm so grateful to each and every dealer and service shop that has agreed to share their stories with us over the past 15 years. I can honestly say I learned something from every one of them, whether they are a $60-million-a-year operation or one grossing less than $300,000. In particular, I'd like to thank Steve Plemmons of Bill Plemmons RV World, one of the early dealerships we profiled, for sharing his insights over the years. • I'm also grateful to the many people in the industry who have shared their expertise with me over the years. In particular, I'm thankful to Mike Keller with Keller Marine and RV and John Perron with Northern Wholesale, as well as Scott Stropkai with Statistical Surveys. • RV PRO has had the good fortune over the years to tap into the expertise many great consultants, coaches and industry experts to share their expertise with our readers in guest columns. I confess I'm reluctant to highlight just one and risk slighting any of the others, but RV PRO owes a deep debt of gratitude to Duane Spader for agreeing to serve as our first guest columnist. His standing in the industry, as the president of renowned Spader Management Group, gave RV PRO some much-needed credibility when we first launched. • Likewise, RV PRO has been blessed with some incredible freelance writers over the years. Here, one individual stands above the rest: Steve Bibler. In addition to being an extraordinarily talented writer, Steve came to us with a deep knowledge of the industry and its major players thanks to his many years as an Elkhart-based editor and writer. RV PRO would not be nearly as successful as it has been without Steve's talents. • Finally, I would be remiss if I didn't credit RV PRO's in-house staffers for their efforts in making the magazine successful, and in particular Kim Wright, RV PRO's art director and second-longest serving staff member after myself. It's no exaggeration to say she makes me – and the magazine – look great every month, for which I am truly grateful. As always, thanks for reading.
