Three brands – all built on Freightliner XCM chassis – fit the weight category. Specs include: • Discovery LXE, featuring a 380-horsepower, 8.9-liter engine, 3000 Series transmission, integrated roofline awnings, heated tile floors, solid hardwood cabinetry, and custom Apex furniture. MSRPs start at $370,000. This coach also is available with a 450-horsepower engine and 15,000-pounds tow capacity. It has a base price of $435,000. • The regular Discovery is available in four floorplans, all in the 38-foot range, with 360-horsepower engine, with 3000 Series transmission, equipped with Aqua-Hot heating systems, porcelain-tile floors and Firefly electronic system. The average starting retail price is $340,000. • The Pace Arrow LXE weighs in at an even 33,000 pounds and is available in four floorplans, including a 37-foot quad slide and three 38-footers. REV Group's Fleetwood Discover LXE held the No. 3 spot for 33,000-pound and above diesel motorhomes in 2019, thanks to its many luxury features, including porcelain floors, heated tile, roof-mounted rail awnings, and premium full-body paint at a price that's very competitive to rival products.
