If you tell me that I should run to be- come healthier, I will agree with that. But I also know with 100% certainty that I will not be running. Not today, not tomorrow, not next week – not ever! So, I would need to look for other oppor- tunities for ways to improve my health, which could include counting calories, increasing activities in other ways, im- proving the quality of the food I eat, or avoiding carbs, all of which are also potential ways for me to improve my health. By understanding the various ways you can increase your profitability and then apply- ing your levels of opportunity and interest to them, you realize where to focus your time and efforts to build your business so that it will have the greatest impact in the shortest period of time.
