In addition, you will also find them on Facebook, Alignable, LinkedIn, Insta- gram, and Twitter because a big shop re- quires a big presence. SUPER STATUS Any shop that's been in business for as long as Loremans' will naturally have its favorite projects. "The best print job we did was for the blankets for the U.S. president's (Ron- ald Reagan at the time) airplane," states Thom. "We printed them under contract from Andrews Air Force Base, delivered them, and saw their use as a life point for our business." But since Loremans' doesn't just do screen printing and apparel decoration, you know Thom has other favorites that extend beyond the soft substrate world. "My staff created our own award for being recognized as business of the year in 2019," he gushes. "(It was) so great to receive ap- proval from peers and neighbors, but Lo- remans' does a lot to aid our communities and friends in need." Its community involvement is just anoth- er aspect that makes Loremans' super. One year for Cancer Awareness Month (Octo- ber), the team was able to raise $5,000 as a "personal and company challenge," states Thom. "(We) also run all the parade, field day, autumn fests, and concert series here in town—we host/sponsor the 'charity ta- ble'," he elaborates of the fundraiser events. The company offers free needful things, puts out a hat and mitten tree (free hats and mittens for those that need them), and also collects coats and boots. But just because Loremans' is already a super shop doesn't mean they intend to slow down any time soon. In fact, Thom has several plans in the works for both the business end and the equipment side. He lists UV-LED printing and addition- al direct-to-garment services as equipment avenues they'd like to explore in the future. He'd also like to take his business down different roads: "(I plan to do) more mobile sales at events, more gift shop and boutique sales, and more fundraisers." That being said, it's bound to be an exciting next few years for Loremans'. If you want to learn more about Lore- mans', you can check them out at www.
