"At this challenging time in our world, we are happy to provide this additional support to our clients," says Ron Martin, president of Vision Dealer Solutions. "Our products are ideally set up to make remote delivery not only possible, but also a seamless process that elevates the customer experience. Dealers will need to just follow the self-service three easy steps, or attend one of the webinars they'll find at www.visionmenu.com." Remote F&I allows dealers to enter their buyer's email and/or cell phone number, which prompts an invite to the customer's device. After the customer taps on the link within the invite, they are remotely connected with the dealer. This allows the dealer to present information to the customer, such as program brochures, videos and disclosures. With the vSignature feature, customers can then remotely sign any PDF, including menu disclosures and product contracts, or any PDF that clients can upload into the software. The finance manager may display any form, on the customer's mobile device, allowing the customer to view and eSign. Marcus Lemonis Creates Camping World Employee Relief Fund Camping World Holdings' CEO and Chairman Marcus Lemonis helped in providing financial assistance to com- pany employees who experienced personal and financial difficulties as the result of the COVID-19 pandemic. "We are in unprecedented times and we are all making sacrifices," says Lemonis, "but it is important for us all to do more and I'm reaching into my pocket to protect the team." In a press release sent out in late March, Lemonis announced his intention to sell up to 500,000 shares of Class A common stock that he owns and contribute the money to fund specific employee relief. This was in addition to the assistance the company had stated it was providing to Camping World employees. Lemonis had made the decision in 2016 to not take any form of compensation in his role as chairman and CEO of Camping World. "Camping World is the most important part of my life and the Camping World team, many of which have been with the company for years are the reason why," says Lemonis. "The associates are what make this company what it is and while they are not asking for a handout, I will do everything I can to protect their personal and financial well-being. They have always taken care of the customer, taken care of each other and taken care of me." CURT Creates Face Shields CURT Group team members have been creating face shields for internal team members and local health care organizations. In late March, leaders of the Eau Claire, Wis.-based supplier of towing solutions saw several news stories being done about people who were using their 3D printers to make face shields and other PPE items. CURT did some research and found that there was a large online engineering community sharing designs and improving upon them. So far, CURT has produced approximately 800 face shields and continues to produce 30 to 40 per day. These have been distributed to local hospitals and small local businesses that put out public requests for PPE. CURT also has been able to use these face shields at a couple of pro- duction facilities including in Eau Claire and at parent company Lippert Components' location in Chesaning, Mich. The company also has pro- duced them for associ- ates who requested them for family members who work on the front lines in health care. CURT Group has used its 3D printers to make about 40 face shields a day, which were distributed to local hospitals that requested them.
