C O M S U B L I M A T I O N B A S I C S A N D B E Y O N D WARRANTY AND SUPPORT One of the main reasons I have stayed clear of convert- ing other Epson printers is because there was no war- ranty or support. The Epson F570 sublimation printer comes with a one-year manu- facturer's warranty with an additional one-year service plan available for purchase. It's good to know that you have support available in the event you need it. I got my Epson from Condé Systems, so they would be my first call, but if I needed something that was beyond their scope of expertise, it is great know- ing that Epson's customer ser- vice and support warranty the F570. But don't worry, the other printers also have warranty and support pro- vided. I can't stress enough how crucial it is to research this when purchasing a printer. When something goes wrong, not having support could mean loss of business. WRAPPING IT UP In the end, it comes down to what your needs are. Each printer available (including ones not covered in this article) offer different features to meet different demands. Do your research, don't skimp on cost, and your shop is sure to be productive.
