For a typical build, Burgett likes to first sit down with the customer and listen to what they want and how they intend to use the restored Bronco. He then offers up suggestions for options and features. When staffing, he typically hires workers from other collision shops and dealership lines. He looks for the employees who enjoy working on Broncos and consider it a dream job. Burgett subscribes to the philosophy of the late Jack Welch, former head of GE, that the bottom 10% of The shop covers 60,000 square feet with 23 full-time employees.
