Once they receive their order, they come back around and place additional orders to meet all their needs. If you are not selling to meet this mind- set, consider adding it to your processes. Add opening order details to your website and into your conversations with possible customers. SHIFTING WORLDS Who knows when or how our worlds will shift… again. There will be another shift, and another, and another. The changes and trends that are happening now are in direct response to this pandemic-based reality we are currently experiencing. Helping your customers get what they want and what they need in a manner that is safe and effec- tive is the name of the game. Keep on keep- ing on, and hopefully we will swing into the next phase with as little fuss and disruption as possible.
