We expected to see a spike in online sales in the laser en- graving business segment in the last 12 months; however, those numbers have remained steady this year as compared to years past: 29% report increased sales in 2020 as compared to 32% last year and 26% in 2018. 23% still do not have a website (that number was 20% in 2019 and 26% in 2018).
