Next, the colored inks and the highlight white all ran wet on wet on 230s at the same tension using a bit harder 75/90/75s. The HD base was on an 80/71 with a 400-micron stencil, while the clear ran last after a flash on the same mesh with a 200u. For substantial ink deposit, we went with softer 55/90/55s squeegees on the SFX inks. We ran the bulk of the order at our place and shipped to the show for attendees.
