"My mother, Rose Zella Morris, was the first female owner before me," says Lynn Butler, who purchased Setzer's from Morris in 1995. "The dealership was opened in 1969 by Howard Setzer. He was a contractor who built subdivisions, and he had this piece of land left over. He, his wife and his son ran it. They sold mostly mobile homes at the time, but as that became a little more diffi- cult, pretty quickly they moved to only RVs." Morris arrived at the business in 1973 as a bookkeeper, Butler recalls, and later became Second-generation, female-led Setzer's World of Camping perseveres by meeting the needs of its area market with pop-ups and stick-and-tin trailers.
