Back then there was no such thing as installer training courses, so I had to learn from my mistakes on the job; at that age, you don't understand the quality of the install, you just want to get it done. If I had access to the resources that installers do today, the rst thing I would have done is to sign up for an installer training course to work toward getting certied. A newly installed vehicle wrap has the potential to be seen by millions of potential customers. That's a lot of eyes on one vehicle to help drive new business; however, it also provides an opportunity for any potential installation mistakes to be broadcast by word-of-mouth, and in- creasingly, on social media. Additionally, as the U.S. automotive wraps lm market continues to grow — particularly within commercial/eet and personal vehicles — so too will customers' expectations of a proven track record of quality. For the customer, certication signals that the installer has been evaluated at a higher level and that they are familiar with the product, application, and tech- niques needed for their vehicle.
