Military Veterans Celebrating the RV Industry's 20 • RV PRO • July 2021 rv-pro.com H ow do you honor that select group of people who chose to serve their country through the act of military service? Of course, there are many ways to do so, including making a generous financial contribution to nonprofits that serve veterans, offering to pick up a veteran's bill for a meal, or simply saying "thank you for your service." As the publisher of a national trade magazine, RV PRO's staff wanted to do our part in the best way we knew how – by sharing their stories. This issue reflects the bountiful results of those efforts, which was months in the making. Giving credit where credit is due, RV PRO would like to publicly acknowledge its gratitude to the RV Dealers Association, the RV Industry Association, the National Association of Campgrounds and RV Parks, the Michigan Association of RVs and Campgrounds, the New England RV Dealers Association, and other groups for helping us get the word out about this special themed July issue. Additionally, it would not have been possible to put this section together if it were not for the manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and other businesses that spearheaded efforts at the company level to secure the participation of their military veteran employees. Most of all, RV PRO is thankful to the military veterans working in the RV industry who agreed to share their engaging, insightful, sometimes humorous, often touching stories with us in these pages. It is our honor and privilege to do so. HONORING MILITARY VETERANS
