In addition to establishing strong connec- tions with existing and potential customers, DMP Fasteners has developed various alli- ances with local businesses that have proven to be very beneficial. So, after being in the industry for so long, what does Stankovich enjoy most about coming to work each day? "It's got to be seeing my customers. I never hate going to work, even when it's crazy busy. You get to know your regu- lars and it's like a big, extended family of friends. My kids always get a kick out of it when we're at a car event or the mall and I run into so many of my customers.
