OCTOBER 2021 THE SHOP 53 Camaro Fuel Pumps Aeromotive Inc., Lenexa, Kansas, introduces new Fuel Pump applications for 1982-'92 and 1993-'97 Chevrolet Camaros. Designed to deliver the proper amount of fuel for high- performance street and racing applications, the drop-in pumps fit the factory tanks for easy installation, and are available in 200- and 340-lph models. Features include a factory-sized outlet cap for an OEM fit and finish when paired with the factory fuel tank, as well as pre-installed fuel/electrical bulkheads. Ports and electrical terminals fit the factory locations. Super Duty Tuning Bully Dog, Sanford, Florida, presents the GT Diesel tried-and-true tuner, now available with preloaded tunes for 2017-'19 Ford F-Series Super Duty 6.7L applications. Offering tuning and monitoring capabilities and the ability to read and clear diagnostic codes, GT Diesel can provide gains of up to an additional 131 hp and 210 pound-feet of torque. User-adjustable options include speed limiter, tire size, axle ratio, TPMS and more. Gladiator Tuning Livernois Motorsports, Dearborn Heights, Michigan, offers 50-state-legal Tuners, now available for 2007-'20 Ram 1500 and 2020 Jeep Gladiator applications. Performance upgrades using the MyCalibrator Tuner can be fine-tuned to tackle tough terrain and extreme hauling jobs. Features include gains of up to 50 hp on select tunes, enhanced throttle response, tow-compatible tunes and versatility for multiple fuel octane levels. Support for 2021 models is coming soon. Chrysler 440 Blower Kits Blower Drive Service (BDS), Anaheim, California, presents its Blower Kits for Chrysler 440 applications. Manufactured in the USA, the kits are easily installed and feature a fully polished Stage 1 871 BDS blower plus a polished intake, billet snout, 3-inch billet idler, 4140 crank hub, billet V-groove pulley, 1/2-inch pitch belt and pulleys, drive spacers, all grade 8 hardware and a complete drive kit. The blower is constructed using 100% new parts. PRECISION ENGINE Updated ECU AMP EFI/, Gainesville, Georgia, introduces the AMP'd MicroSquirt ECU update. Stronger fuel injection drivers power the new offering, which also features a protected crank input for engines triggering from a coil negative. The upgrades allow tuners to easily enable spark outputs or fit Hall effect and optical sensors without the need to wire-in external resistors. Some configurability (jumpers) makes it easier to set up for four ignition outputs for use on V-8 engines in wasted spark, or for sequential ignitions in 4-cylinder applications. VW/Audi Heat Exchanger Mishimoto, New Castle, Delaware, presents a Performance Heat Exchanger for 2015-up Volkswagen and Audi MQB platforms. Offering a 106% increase in coolant capacity over stock, the unit includes a stainless steel stone guard that protects against road debris, and a dual-pass design that balances flow and cooling performance for maximum efficiency. The system helps maintain safe coolant, engine oil and DSG oil temperatures and can be used to replace one or both of the stock MQB auxiliary heat exchangers (sold individually).
