VENDOR CUSTOMER SERVICE When choosing a vendor, research the size of their company. If they are too small, sometimes they don't have the equipment stock or buying power you need. If they are too large, they tend to have slow or poor customer service. is does not hold true for all but most over my 18 years of experience. A bigger company does not al- ways equal better. Look at their social me- dia presence and see how active they are and what people have to say.
