We located the front patches by custom cutting some pillows to fit above the pockets. is kept the snaps and seams away from the heat. We used 1/8" foam over the patches to keep the heat and pres- sure from flattening them. For the back, we went a quarter inch below the yoke. Through research, we learned about a heated bottom platen. Brilliant! is cut our application time way down. We chose thread over ink but in a trans- fer application. at's right, we said trans- fer.
