Before having this clarity, she was strug- gling with what to do and how to make decisions and was feeling overwhelmed. After this clarity, she had an easy gauge to quickly make decisions and immediately started doing the right things for her. She got her business back on track and is now operating from a place of joy as she focuses on the reason she is doing this each day. Having a well-defined reason you can share with others creates a connection point, or even a magnet, to find your ideal customers. To clarify your reason, you need to get to a deep understanding of why you are in business, what drives your passions, and what things also drive you a little crazy. Your reason will be at the intersection of those things. Without this clarity, it's easy to get lost in the details, and when push comes to shove, you need your reasons to be bigger than your excuses. Once you have a clear sense of your rea- son, the next step in creating a business you love is to create a plan that includes goal-setting, marketing groundwork, and other details about your business.
