All items are available with standard, custom cut, or plush carpets. Please Note: • All carpet rentals are set clean. However, exhibitor move-in and setup can cause debris. Please order cleaning if necessary. • Prices include delivery, installation, rental, removal, and are based on exhibit space dimensions. • To order cleaning services, complete the Booth Cleaning Order Form in the Booth Labor & Cleaning section. • All utility lines must be installed before carpet installation. Utilities should be ordered in advance. • Standard sizes may not completely fill the entire booth space due to placement of utility outlets on the event floor. Cancellation Policy: Standard Island, Plush booth carpet cancelled after being cut or installed will be charged 100%. Standard in-line carpet and all additional items cancelled will be charged 50% of original price after move-in begins and 100% of original price after installation. All specialty custom flooring orders, including vinyl flooring and custom color requests, will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee if cancelled after the discount deadline.
