The limited-edition new design allows for the spindle-mounted center to stay in place on the spindle while the outside rim and mounted tire can be removed and changed for different setups. The chassis provides a solid base for the uni-body Cougar with a frame design that increases rigidity by replacing the front end components and factory cast iron steering gearbox along with the heavy leaf-spring rear suspension. The front suspension features upper A-arms fit with needle- bearings and is engineered with separate camber and caster adjustments (without using shims).
