He is now responsible for day-to-day manufacturing at two plants and 11 manufacturing lines covering 39 product families, including its truck cap window operations. Kontowsky previously served as ware- house/logistics manager at Reschcor, a plastic extrusion company. He is a 15- year veteran of the RV industry. PeOPle Ranch Fiberglass, Elkhart, Ind., has hired Alan Kuehl as national sales and marketing manager. Kuehl has a successful track record in sales and marketing for more than 30 years, according to Ranch Fiberglass. He has worked in the automotive industry for the past 16 years. ESCORT Inc., Cincinnati, has hired Jeff Runyon and Sean Reid as national sales managers. Runyon and Reid assist in ESCORT's planned distribution expansion and di- rectly support key accounts. Both have experience in multi-chain product launch projects and national sales stream strate- gic plan initiatives. Runyon comes to ESCORT with a multi-continent international sales his- tory working in mobile consumer elec- tronics for more than 25 years, according to the company. He has also developed national retail point-of-sale plans, pro- vided merchandising management and advertising direction. Reid has more than 10 years experience managing and training aermarket install- ers in mobile electronics, including audio, security, navigation and accessories.
