Engineered for racecar enthusiasts, the new turbochargers feature forged mill compressor wheels with extended tip technology, aerodynamically optimized compressor covers and convenient pre-machined speed sensor and boost ports. They are designed to deliver a combination of powerful boost, reliability and installation flexibility. Turbine Fuel Pump Modules Bosch, Warren, Michigan, introduces new Bosch Original Equipment (BOE) platforms for its premium aftermarket Turbine Fuel Pump Modules. Covering select passenger car (BOE-C) and truck (BOE-T) applications, the fuel pumps bring the benefits of advanced Bosch turbine fuel pump technology to late-model vehicles and to many earlier applications with fuel pumps built on older technology. An improved design and electromagnetic shielding virtually eliminate fuel pulsation and noise, reduce hot start problems and prevent onboard electronics interference. Mustang Exhaust Line ROUSH Performance, Plymouth Township, Michigan, presents its new lines of Performance Exhaust Systems for the newly redesigned 2015 Ford Mustang. Three types of axle-back systems are available—a Performance Axle- Back, Quad-Tip Performance Axle-Back and an Active Quad- Tip Performance Axle-Back. The bolt-on applications will include three preprogrammed and one fully customized setting, all of which can be controlled by a mobile device. Nitrous Valve Nitrous Supply, Huntington Beach, California, presents its racing Powervalve 500R, a quarter-turn, full on/off-position valve that can be used with 5- to 20-pound-capacity aluminum and carbon fiber nitrous bottles. It is an extreme high-flow-8 (.500) orifice valve that is equipped with a spring-loaded safety pin to prevent accidental opening and comes with a racer safety. It accepts a 5/8-inch siphon tube and has two 1/8- inch NPT gauge ports. Exhaust Couplers DynoMax Performance Exhaust, Monroe, Michigan, offers several new, high-strength Torca Coupler Clamps that remove the need for pipe flares, slip joints or slotting in exhaust systems. The coupler clamps provide custom exhaust builders a serviceable joint and increased durability at the connection point of exhaust pipes. They are available in a variety of sizes including 2.25-, 2.5-, 2.75-, 3- and 3.5-inch diameter sizes, and allow for piping to be connected without a pipe overlap. The chrome- free, 409-stainless steel clamps help to minimize pipe movement. Audi Intakes AWE Tuning, Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, introduce its S-FLO Carbon Intake System for Audi S6 and S7 applications. The system features a fully enclosed carbon fiber air box for increased flow, offering gains of up to 20 hp and 21 foot-pounds of torque. Providing an aesthetic upgrade as well, the system mounts to factory locations and includes a high-flow AWE Tuning S-FLO Filter.
